1) What do you need from me to do the report?
Answer: You will need to send us the
floor plans and elevation drawings showing all exterior
wall, window and door dimensions, we accept either AutoCAD
.dwg format or Adobe .PDF. In most cases we will not
need any other drawings from you if the order form is

2) My drawings are hand drawn, can you still
do my Title 24 report?
Answer: Yes, please fill out our order form
first and in the comments box explain that you need
to send hardcopy plans. We will reply to your order
with a physical address that you can mail plans to.
We do not accept plans by mail without first receiving
a completed order form.
3) What is the price for a Title 24 report?
Answer: $115 FLAT rate for Single Family
Residences, regardless if it is an addition or New Home.
Even though we post our flat fee price on our website
in bold and on all our direct mail pieces, this is still
the number one question Please email for quote on Commercial
Projects. This question is usually followed with:

Answer: We have low overhead and are
very efficient at what we do. The report you receive
from us will be everything you need to comply with your
local building department, meet all Title 24 requirements,
and get your permit.
5) Your order form page says I will receive
an instant email confirmation and I didn't, what happened?
Answer: Usually this is a server error on the
customer's side when they are uploading their drawing
files, our order form does not accept files over 4MB
so please check file size first, next try sending one
more time and if you still don't receive a confirmation,
hit the Submit button WITHOUT attaching
the plans. You will definately receive a confirmation
this time, then just reply to our confirmation email
with your plans attached.
6) How do I pay for this?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard,
and American Express, or you can debit from your checking
account using our eCHECK service.
7) Do you do commercial or lighting?
Answer: Yes please click HERE
to email your .DWG or PDF formatted plans to receive
a quote for your New Commercial or Tenant Improvement
project. Along with the plans please provide the Scope
of the Project ( ie. Tenant Improvement)
8) I am an architect/designer, can I send you
my clients and have you bill them directly?
Answer: As stated above we
run very efficiently and prefer to work with architects
and designers directly. Having your Title 24 Services
outsourced to NRGcompliance.com
can be a great profit center for your firm. We charge
you a flat rate, and you charge whatever profit you
want above that.
9) What is your guarantee?
Answer: We guarantee our
flat rate price, we guarantee our fast service and that
your report will meet the Title 24 requirements, and
we guarantee you will pass inspection without problems
or we fix it for free.
10) How do I paste the Title 24 Report into
my AutoCAD plans?
pasting PDF into AutoCAD:
Use the camera icon in the Adobe Acrobat and highlight
the entire page then use paste special in Autocad. After
you click on the Snapshot tool (Camera Icon) you need
to place the cursor in the upper left part of the page
and drag the line until it covers the entire page. When
you release it will tell you that the page has been
copied to the clipboard. Then use paste special
in AutoCad.
11) what is a certificate of compliance (CF-1R form)?
Answer: The certificate of compliance lists the building features and specifications needed to comply with Title 24 energy code in California. The compliance certificate report is created in an electronic format and is emailed to you signed by our Title 24 consultant.
